St Ives & Chatteris District branch of Cats Protection
The St Ives & Chatteris District branch of Cats Protection has many cats looking for new homes. Some of the cats arrive at the branch as strays; others are unwanted or simply abandoned. Some cats come from loving homes that due to circumstances are unable to care for them any longer. When a cat comes to us it is seen at least twice by a vet, neutered, micro-chipped and treated for fleas & worms, and where necessary given a blood test. An adoption fee of £55 is made to cover veterinary costs.
The welfare of the cats is our top priority and the branch always visits prospective owners first to make sure of the best possible home.
Cats Protection never put a healthy cat to sleep. If you can offer a home to any of the cats or want to volunteer to help the branch please call (01480) 465226.
