What we do

IF you need to contact us for any reason to do with cat care or adoption details then please click on this link Contact Us. We are always looking for new volunteers so if you are interested in helping raise funds for our cats or want to do a bit of cat cuddling then please click this link Volunteering

From humble beginnings in 1927, Cats Protection has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity. We now help more than 230,000 cats and kittens every year through our network of over 250 volunteer-run branches, 29 adoption centres and our homing centre.

Our work doesn’t stop there, however: we also provide an array of cat care information via our publications, website and Helpline; promote the benefits of neutering to prevent unwanted litters from being born and becoming the abandoned cats of tomorrow and seek to educate people of all ages about cats and their care.
