Puss-14

Puss has returned to The Centre due to an incompatibility with other neighbourhood cats. Essentially, Puss is a very friendly cat; however, having been an indoor cat since he was 8 weeks old much of the outside world, and in particular close association with other cats, is new to him. Understandably, Puss has found this new environment confusing and stressful

Puss-11

During his previous time at The Centre, he soon became unhappy with the constraints of his relatively small pen accommodation. Hence, he could become over-excited when stroked and was reluctant to go back into his pen after the morning clean out. When occupying a much larger Chalet Pen, he was much happier and settled

Puss 10

Puss' previous indoor life from kitten-hood into adult-hood has left him ill prepared for the freedom of the outside world and the close presence of others of his kind. Obviously, he has no experience with the hazards of road traffic.

Puss needs experienced cat parents to take him through a significant adaptation to the freedom of moving outside plus coping with many other aspects that will be relatively unknown to him. His next home needs to be in a quiet rural area with the minimum of local feline or canine competition and road traffic

Puss-12

Puss has shown he is a very affectionate cat. The sudden loss of his original loving home and family caused confusion and sadness. The problem he experienced whilst at his most recent home reinforces the need for a future home environment to be as optimum as possible. He has borne his lot rather well and since returning has been content to live in a smaller pen, enjoying his food and all the affection he can attract.

Once fully settled into a suitable home, Puss will be an absolute treasure
