Tiddles
Tiddles is a nine year old, long haired, male tabby cat. Here's his story. He came into care as a seven week old kitten with his mum and he had a genetic problem whereby he was urinating through his umbilical area. After an extensive operation he can now urinate normally. Unfortunately he only has 15% of his vision.
We did re-home him once but when the lights were turned off at night out
he urinated over the floor. Tiddles loves human interaction and prefers
to stay in reception most of the time.
Recently Tiddles was diagnosed with a condition called a Mega-colon.
Since then he has been on regular medication. Tiddles fans we be pleased
to know that he is coping well.

Purdy
Purdy is a sixteen year old, semi-long haired, tabby and white female who came from a house in Cowes and was living outside as a semi-wild cat. She was nervous and terrified but we knew she deserved a chance of human love. She was homed over in Godshill but unfortunately escaped out of a window.
Whilst Mel was trapping kittens along the road in the pouring rain she found Purdy in the trap waiting to come back to CP. She has been here at the centre ever since. She is happy here and has been friends with all the residents past and present.
More recently she has formed a special bond with our receptionist Mandy. She has become so much more confident. She enjoys strokes and will even sit on Mandy's lap! She is also very vocal and quite demanding. It is so lovely to see this change in her behaviour.
