It costs a lot of money each day to keep a cat at one of our foster homes, in addition to all the basics such as food, litter, heating, we have to pay for all the medical bills, plus the flea treatments, blood tests when necessary, neutering, microchipping, and vaccinations, amongst other things! 

This is why we rely so heavily on the kindness and generosity of the local people!  Therefore if you feel you would like to make a donation, or set up a standing order to help us, please contact us on the number above. Alternatively, for donations, just click on the 'Donate' bucket above. 

Cat Equipment

We urgently require cat carriers to transport our cats in care to and from the vets, if you have any carriers that you don't use any more please call us. We also need blankets, bedding, and scratching posts (fair condition please) or any other cat care equipment that we may be able to use to care for our cats. We can collect.

At any one time there are thousands of homeless and abandoned cats across the UK. Some need urgent medical treatment while others just need someone to find them a new home. At Cats Protection Luton, Dunstable & District Branch we are determined to help as many as possible, but as a charity we rely completely on our supporters to raise the necessary funds. That is why we desperately need you to sponsor a Cat Cabin today - giving cat after cat a warm place to stay while we find them a loving new home.

Over the course of a year, your Cat Cabin could be home to a succession of needy cats and kittens, helping them on their way to a permanent home. As a sponsor, you will know that you have helped cats and kittens to have a secure place to rest and recover from their traumas before being rehomed. We will acknowledge your generosity by saying 'thank you' with a Sponsorship Certificate and will keep you up-to-date with details of cats that come to stay in your cabin. You will be making a difference to the lives of so many cats.

Do you buy Felix cat food for your cats?

If so, you may be aware that Felix / Purina print “World of Felix” tokens on their boxes and tins of food. The amount of tokens varies depending on the size of the box that you buy. Currently Felix is supporting Cats Protection by offering tins of cat food to our Head Office for distribution to branches in exchange for 24 tokens per in. Donations of Cat Food

Please help us to help the abandoned and homeless cats we have in our care by buying an extra tin or two of cat food and donating it to our branch of Cats Protection . It can be handed in to us at any of our events in and around the area, (please see our events page for where we will be next) or alternatively it can be handed into Noahs Ark vets clinic during their opening hours at the following address -
