We need all the above information to issue a neutering voucher, so to save time, please have it all ready when you apply!
Our neutering vouchers are of the following values: £50 for males and £70 for females. The voucher value includes VAT. There is a possibility that you will need to contribute towards the costs of the neutering - please ask your veterinary surgery how much you will need to pay.
