Please note that, due to a shortage of volunteers, we have reluctantly suspended adoption for a short period. Please contact us AFTER 24th March 2012 if you would like to adopt a cat from us.
Alternatively, please come along to our Homing Day on 17th March where you will be able to meet some of our cats that are looking for new homes.
We always have lots of cats and kittens who need a new home through no fault of their own.
Please consider adopting a cat from us. Prior to re-homing, all cats and kittens will be:
- Vet-checked
- Tested for FIV and FeLV
- Treated for fleas and worms
- Vaccinated against Feline Leukaemia, Feline calicivirus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline enteritis and Feline Chlamydophila
- Microchipped
- Neutered (or a voucher provided for free neutering when they are old enough)
- Insured (4 weeks free insurance)
Cats Protection asks adopters for a fee when rehoming a cat. If you feel able to make a donation on top of the fee that would, of course, be gratefully received. We know times are hard so thank you for your decision to rehome a Cats Protection cat!
We are an entirely volunteer-run branch and all proceeds go directly to the care of the cats.
Some of the cats in our care may not yet be on our website. If you are looking for a feline companion, please call us on 0844 884 8514
