Sometimes personal circumstances change and owners are faced with the heartbreaking decision of whether to separate from their cats.

If phoning branches during the day, you may have to leave an answerphone message as many of our volunteers are at work. Rest assured that your call will be returned and arrangements can then be made.
Remember that there can be waiting lists for spaces in pens, so plan early for your cat's future. Please think very carefully before signing your cat into our care. Once the decision has been made and the cat rehomed, no details of the new owners can be released.
