Volunteering

We are a small branch of Cats Protection and welcome volunteers. There are several ways you can help our branch:

Fundraising - Helping out at events, storing saleable goods, holding your own fundraiser, having a donations box at your workplace.

Socialising - If you have some spare time on your hands why not come and visit one of our fosterers to help soclialise the cats and kittens

If you would like to volunteer at our branch please contact our Recruitment Officer Lesley using the contact for on the Contact Us page which goes straight to her.

Cat Care Volunteer
Cats Protection helps thousands of cats across the UK each year thanks to our network of dedicated volunteers. As a cat care volunteer you will be directly helping cats and kittens in our care; providing them with hands on care and attention you will play an important role in keeping the cats happy and healthy until they are ready for a new start in a loving and caring home.
Closing date: 31 Dec 2014
Fundraising Events Organiser
As a Fundraising Events Organiser, you will play a key role in co-ordinating, motivating and supporting local volunteers in raising those all-important funds. Cats in our care rely on generous donations from people who love cats and count on volunteers like you to make those donations happen. You will lead volunteers in a variety of fundraising events and activities raising much needed funds for cats in your area.
