Fostering / hand rearing kittens:
Every year we have several orphan kittens admitted to the centre. Due to the number of cats we have on the premises we are unable to give these
kittens the extra attention that they need so we place them with foster carers until they are old enough to be weaned. This is a very rewarding but demanding role to undertake. It requires previous experience, dedication and commitment. Please contact the centre to find out more.
- Finanial donations, it costs us £150.00 for every cat rehomed through the centre, so every little helps, you can donate using the donate button on this web site.
- Become a member of the friends of group, see friends of page for more information
- Cat food, carriers, and other cat care items (in good condition please)
- Cuddly toys for our kittens to snuggle up to and for use as tombola prizes.
- Knitted / crochet blankets (approx 24” x 18”), these are sold to new owners to raise funds for centre.
- Good quality bric-a-brac (no clothing please), books and items for raffle prizes
- Wine, spirits, chocolates, unwanted gifts for raffle prizes and tombolas
- Any unwanted blankets and towels.
Sponsor a Cat Cabin
Every year, we provide unwanted cats and kittens with a clean and safe place to stay, warm bedding
, attentive carers, regular meals, medical attention, entertainment and much more. We care for cats in an environment built to meet their needs until a permanent new home can be found for them. Your support will allow us to plan for the future and help extend our cat welfare work
There are two types of Cat Cabin Sponsorship to choose from with different benefits:-
- For £4 per month you'll receive our twice-yearly Cat Cabin Newsletter containing the latest n
ews from CP Cat Cabins around the UK
- For £10 per month you'll become an Interactive Cat Cabin Sponsor, receiving regular kit-e-mails (mini movies of cats in our cabins via email), the Cat Cabin Newsletter twice a year, plus an exclusive sticker, pen and trolley token

Leaving a Legacy
We would only be half the charity we are today without the generous gifts left to us in people’s wills. These bequests go a long way and will continue to help us care for the UK’s cats and kittens, to discover more about leaving a legacy please click on arrow
