Perkins was found in Ramsey, sitting in the road eating some chicken bones, when he was about 10 weeks old! 

The lady who found him was driving her car and stopped to move him out of the way but he just jumped back into the road and carried on eating the chicken bones.

Perkins was really quiet but he had a massive loud purr, hence the name Perkins (Purrkins).  His fur was matted and he was filthy from living rough.  To begin with he couldn’t play and he kept himself to himself not socializing with my other cats.  I discovered that he was deaf then he made friends with one of my cats Joshua.
Josh has hydrocephalus (water on the brain) that made him quite uncoordinated and
a bit clumsy but Josh and Perkins formed a strong friendship and have stayed that way ever since.  Perkins began to come out of his shell and now he is completely mental!
