VALENTINES DOUBLE CELEBRATIONS

We are please to say that the Adoption Centres Valentine name changing event went extremely well, with a great turnout of people, including members of the public, centre volunteers and supporters, and several of Cats Protections local, volunteer branch members. 

As well as advertising the centre name change from Truro Adoption Centre to Cornwall Adoption Centre, the day was a chance to invite members of the public to meet the many lovely cats that we have available for re homing, again which turned out to be a great success! The centre took 11 reserves for cats in the centre on the day, all which will hopefully go to their new homes over the next couple of weeks, making way for the many cats on the Centre waiting list that need to come in. This is a fantastic achievement in itself!

The Cornwall Adoption Centre would like to say a very big thank you to all that turned up and helped to celebrate the event on Saturday 11th February, to the many volunteers who helped get the centre looking its best for the day and who came to show their support, to Julie Tucker for her time and effort making the beautiful craft items, Sue Waterhouse and Pat Murley for doing the refreshements and to all the staff for their continued effort.
