Cat Cabin Sponsorship

One way the branch fund raises is through Cat Cabin Sponsorship and a number of our members are also cabin sponsors.

Money donated through cat cabin sponsorship goes solely to the cost of looking after the cats and kittens that come into our care; food, litter, bedding, toys etc. 

Cat Cabin Sponsorship starts from £4 a month and can be paid by direct debit (monthly or yearly) or by cheque and all our sponsors get a newsletter every 3 months telling them about the cats that have been in our care during that time.  If you would be interested in becoming a sponsor please give us a ring for further details.

Membership and Publicity

Becoming a member entitles you to our Branch Newsletter that is posted out every 3 months.  We always welcome contributions from members for our Newsletter and love to receive and publish pictures and stories about members' own cats.  All photographs are returned after use.

Fundraising Events

We need good quality paperback books, raffle prizes, toiletry items for our bathroom tombola, cat related items for our cat memorabilia stall, items for our handmade stalls, ie tea cosies, cat blankets, in fact anything that you are good at making! But most of all we need YOU, to help behind a stall or to come along and support us.

We are deseperately seeking "Raffle Prizes" so if you have any new unwanted gifts that we could use for our various raffles through out the coming months, please contact Shirley on 0845 371 2729 (local rate)

We are URGENTLY seeking helpers to help us man our various stalls throughout this year’s events … without our various fetes and stalls we will not be able to raise the much needed money to look after the cats and kittens in our care! All we are asking is that you spare us an hour or two of your time at any of our events. Knitted Blankets

If anyone out there can knit or has wool that they could donate to other knitters then please contact us. Blankets are needed for the cats in our care.

Cat Toys

Cats in our pens need a variety of toys to play with so that they do not get bored. Remember some of these cats have never been in a situation where they have been able to play. It is essential that we teach them these skills to ensure a happy and healthy life from now on.
