Adopt a cat

One of the most important aims of Gloucester Cats Protection is to find long lasting, appropriate homes for the cats that have come into our care.

On this page you can see all the cats and kittens that are currently in our care and require a new home.  Please click on the cat to see more information about them and any special needs they may have.

Gloucester Cats Protection carries out the following to all our Cats and Kittens:

*  Health checked by a qualified Vet.

*  Blood tested for FIV and FELV.

*  Neutered if old enough.

*  At least the first vaccination would have been given.

*  Fleaed and wormed.

There is an adoption fee which helps us to cover the cost of caring for the cats whilst with us.

We will conduct a home visit to help you get ready for the new arrival and do a follow up visit a few weeks after your adoption to provide any further assist that you may require.

Working Cats - Do you have a mouse or rat problem?  We are always looking for farms, stables or business premises where we can place cats who do not want to be domestic pets but like to do their own things and catch vermin.  You must provide a dry place for the Cat to sleep and some food and water on a daily basis.
