Lost and Found

We work in partnership with  Animal Search UK where you can register details of a lost or found pet directly.

We are also happy to publicise lost and founds on our Facebook page, click here to access.  We are also on Twitter and will retweet posts from Animal Search UK if they are from our area.

What do I do if I find a stray cat?
If you find a stray cat take it to your local vet clinic where they can scan* and check to see if it is micro-chipped.
If so, re-uniting the cat with its owner could be just a phone call away.

I've found a deceased cat, what can I do?
If you find a dead cat in a public area, Gloucester City Council Refuse Department will remove the body and scan* it to see if it is microchipped. Call them on 01452 396396.

*We cannot stress enough the importance of micro-chipping your cat for these very reasons*
