UPDATE FROM THE OWNER WHO ADOPTED ONE OF OUR KITTENS, PLEASED TO HEAR JACK HAS SETTLED IN WELL AND ENJOYING BEING IN A LOVING HOME.

I (we) adopted a Jack a young kitten from the Great Amwell CPL back in Easter 2010. At the time he was a very timid young man after not have a great start in life, if I recall he was rescue along with his mother from a back garden in Cheshunt early that year and his little brothers/sisters were the victims of dog batting. A sad story certainly. :o(
However, Jack is much more relaxed nowadays and will happy cupple with me and my now fiance in the evenings or joins us on top of the duvet at the weekend mornings. We a year ago moved home across Hertford into area south of Hertford into a bigger three bed house, with built in cat flap. Which was great for Jack.
