Our Adoption Fee explained Why does Cats Protection ask for a fee? As a charity, we have to be mindful of our costs. It often costs us over £100 to get a cat ready for a home and while the fee does not cover all this expenditure, it does mean we can continue to help many more of the cats that need us.
