Cats Protection is currently offering the opportunity for qualifying cat owners to have their cat neutered for £5. This offer is open to owners who are receiving state benefits, are on a low income, who are students, pensioners, on housing benefit or council tax benefit and who live throughout the Greater Manchester or Cheshire local authority areas covered by Blackburn, Bolton, Bury, Cheshire East, Cheshire West & Chester, Manchester City, Oldham, Rochdale, St Helens, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, Warrington, Wigan, Wirral councils.
