What we do

The Mansfield Adoption Centre sees hundreds of cats pass through its doors over the course of a year and last year we re-homed around 480 cats and kittens. We helped with the neutering of hundreds of cats and helped to re-unite owners with their lost pets through our lost and found register.

We do rely on donations from the public to help maintain the high standards of the Adoption centre and also the funds raised from the homing of cats in our care contribute greatly to our work. Our yearly vets bill is over £20,000 per year and most cats have between £100-£150 spent on them before they leave the centre, so please take this into consideration when adopting a cat.

The Mansfield Cat Adoption Centre can help you with the cost of getting your cat neutered. If you are claiming benefits or are on a low income, (including students) we can give you a neutering voucher that covers some of the cost. Please telephone the centre on 01623 845846 for further information.

You will be greeted by a team of friendly and dedicated staff who will help you find your perfect new best friend.
