The Great British Duck Race

In 2007, a World Record was smashed when 165,000 yellow plastic ducks were raced down the river Thames raising over £100,000 for 440 UK charities including Cats Protection.

This year’s race takes place on Sunday 31 August and is going to be bigger and better, with a quarter of a million of our little yellow friends taking to the water!

You can adopt a duck from as little as £2 with every penny you donate in addition coming directly to Cats Protection. Not only will you be raising funds for the UK’s cats and kittens, you’ll also be in with a chance of winning a whopping £10,000, plus 30 further top prizes.

Be a record breaker, join in the fun and help cats across the UK.

Adopt a duck today!
