SUCCESSFUL RE-HOMING

These are success stories about cats that we have re-homed this year – would you like to tell us about the cat or kitten you re-homed from us? I’m sure that everyone would love to hear about how they have settled in their new homes. Please get in touch.

MOLLY
Message received from Molly’s new slaves -

Thank you all for our little Molly. The whole family is smitten with her and she is settling in very well.

BOBBY
What a lucky boy!
Bobby had been a stray for a while before he came into care but his new owner saw his photo on the web-site fell in love with him and adopted him. When he arrived at his new home Bobby walked in, had a sniff around, a bite to eat and settled himself into his chosen chair.

TOPAZ
Message from Topaz’s new owner.
Topaz has settled in really quickly. She is being ‘loved’ by her new older cat friend and they already sleep together.
ABBY
Message received with Abby’s neutering confirmation.
Abby has settled in terrifically and is getting on well with her new cat friends. For obvious reasons Abby was named Screamer by her foster mum. I think that Abby is still living up to her pre adoption name but Abby is much nicer!!
OSCAR
Update on Oscar previously known as Georgie.
His new owner reports that, although there was initially a bit of friction with the resident cat, both cats now get on fine. Oscar also initially hid for a few days while ‘casing the joint’ but decided that all was well and now acts as if he owns the place. He loves to be out in the garden and has a mad half hour rushing around every night. The resident cat is quite reclusive while Oscar is very sociable so everyone is very happy.

HOLLY & LOUIS
Holly & Louis were very timid little kittens when they were first adopted, but luckily their new owners had lots of patience for them. Now, a couple of months later, we have been told how wonderful the kittens have turned out. Holly is a most beautiful pet who is chatty, hugely affectionate, gentle and kind. Louis has taken longer to trust humans but is now getting much better and recently decided to try out his owner’s lap. That is brave of him!
