Cat of the Month, July 2017: Geoff

** UPDATE - GEOFF HAS FOUND A HOME! **

Geoff was brought into the Branch's care in the middle of April 2017. He was filthy, with very badly matted fur as well as fleas and ticks. He was also not chipped or neutered. Having now seen a vet and been treated and brushed, he is now much a happier boy. 

Geoff is a very striking looking cat and has a lovely personality, he is friendly, loves his food and can be quite playful.

Unfortunately he is not keen on other cats so would have to be a single cat and is also not keen on dogs. His ideal home would be with someone who can keep brushing him on a regular basis to keep on top of his long fur. He does enjoy being brushed as long as he isn't distracted, otherwise he sees the brush as a toy.

As can be seen from the 'before' and 'now' photographs below, you can see how Geoff looked when he first arrived and how he can look with a bit of time, love and care.  (The video shows how he looked when he arrived with us.)
