Calling all cat owners for the National Cat Awards 2017

The search is on to find the nation’s most marvellous moggies with entries now open (from 1st Feb) for Cats Protection’s National Cat Awards 2017!
The competition is open to all living cats in the UK and celebrates the achievements of the country’s fearless felines and miraculous moggies. You have until noon on Friday 31 March to nominate your cat for one of the following categories:
ö Hero Cat – cats that save the day
ö Most Caring Cat – cats that positively impact a person’s health or wellbeing
ö Furr-ever Friends – tales of friendship between children and cats
ö Outstanding Rescue Cat – fabulous felines adopted from animal charities
ö Purina® Better Together – celebrating the special bond that has transformed and enriched the lives of both a feline and human
The winning moggies and the overall National Cat of the Year will be announced at an awards ceremony at London's Savoy Hotel on Thursday 3 August, kindly funded by Purina® and hosted by the 'Voice of the Balls' on BBC1’s National Lottery TV programmes, Alan Dedicoat.
