Hi Auntie Pauline and Uncle Ken
My Mummy said that she thought it was about time that I contacted you to let you know how I am keeping and I have been a naughty girl by not letting you know sooner.
I am keeping very well thank you and loving my new home, well old home now, so very much. My Dad said that he would attach some recent photos of me helping around the house.
Two weeks ago I went to see my Uncle William; he is the animal doctor in Aylsham. I didn't mind going in my pet carrier but didn't like going out in the car. I held on to my Mummy's hand so tightly I made her hand bleed in several places. I was terrified when I was going there as I didn't know where I was going to. My Mum and Dad were traumatised for me and as they didn't know how I would react.
I settled down a bit in the doctor's waiting room and when I went in to see Uncle William I was a very stressed he said as I had lost lots of my fur. Uncle William weighed me, tested my temperature, heart rate and gave me an injection to keep me well. He also said that I have lost four of my upper front teeth, but I can't remember how I lost them. He said that I have all my crunching teeth so I would be fine. He also said that I was a nice cat all fit and well and that I was being given all the right food and things and I have three Dentibits each night to keep my little white teeth healthy. He knew all about how my Dad had built me a pen and that I go out into it and have some fresh air. He said that as I wasn't a hunting cat I only need worming every 6 months not the normal 3 and what Dad gave me was the right treatment.
After I had seen Uncle William, back in the waiting room I settled down quite nicely and was watching a dog who had come to have some stitches removed from his face. He looked at me but didn't bother with me; perhaps he was frightened of me? No, he wasn't because as Uncle William came out of his room and Benjamin the dog saw him he made a bolt for the door. He didn't want to go and see Uncle William.
I really settled down on the way home in the car even tucked my paws under me, I was so glad to get back to my home and familiar surroundings again.
I have put on a bit of weight, not the sort of thing that a lady admits too, but yes, 1k in 12 months, so I am now 3kgs. All the good food I get I think. I do lots of exercises by running about and playing a lot with my toys, I have got quite a lot including about 9 ping-pong balls. I like fast dribbling them until they disappear under the settee's and I can't reach them. Normally Mummy gets them out for me with her dusting stick.
Well I think that is about all for now as my little paws are aching from all this typing but I will get my Dad to send a second email with two more photos in.
Lots of love to you both from
