Smudge's Story (AKA Dick)

We first contacted Cat Protection when we lost our cat Mavro.  Everyone was so kind and helpful, went to see a few lost cats hoping it might be him but no.  My daughter and I would regularly look on the website to see lost and found cats and home a cat page. One day we saw something that took our eye - three male kittens Tom, Dick and Harry. 

We arranged to see them and they were all just lovely but it was Dick that we fell for.
We made the arrangements and before we knew it we had a new addition.  We decided to change his name to Smudge due to his markings. He was a shy, scared and timid little thing when we got him.  However, now he is coming on a treat, he is a bit of a character and we love him to bits. He loves playing with his toys - mice and footballs and telling us stories he is very very vocal, he loves to stretch out on his back and get his tummy rubbed. He has recently started going outside in the garden - which he thouroughly enjoys.

Thank you to everyone at CP for the help and support they gave us. Smudge brings us much happiness and a smile to our faces everyday.
