Events

We will be holding a number of events throughout the year to raise much needed funds for our branch as well as raising awareness of the work we do with cats in South Ayrshire.  As the branch is largely self-funding and run solely by volunteers then your support is vital and correlates directly to the number of cats and households we can help in the area.

We are also keen to hear feedback regarding any of our events or perhaps there is a type of event you particularly want to attend or support.  Our team are always on the look out for new ideas...* Scroll down to view forthcoming events *

Forth Rail Bridge Abseil - June 2018
Click here to view event video

This unique challenge allows you to abseil (freefall style like the SAS) from the iconic Forth Rail Bridge – Scotland’s best loved landmark. It is a 165ft drop taking in some stunning scenery and finishing with a soft landing on the sandy beach below.

You can choose to raise funds for your local Cats Protection branch too.

Don't fancy taking part but would still like to be there on the day to support Cats Protection?
We are looking for volunteers to represent Cats Protection and help out at the event so if you would like to help, we would love to hear from you.

Registration fee £21                Minimum fundraising pledge £185
