Boris/Henry Rags to riches story

This is the story of Boris, now renamed Henry.
Unfortunately our cat passed away at Christmas, and although we still miss him terribly we decided to look at the Cats Protection site, so we may give a cat a home that really needed one. After going on several branch sites we came across Henry, who was not the prettiest cat but there was something about him. We visited him and from the moment we saw him, we new he was for us. His fosterer told us that they thought he had been in an accident at some point as one eye did not open properly and his face was slightly distorted.
A week later we took him home, he was very nervous and he hated the television. He constantly hid behind the settee when something frightened him, but after a few weeks he gradually grew in confidence. After two months he is now the most beautiful loveable, contented cat any one could wish for, he follows me everywhere I go and just adores being cuddled, which is great as I did want a cuddly cat. Yes we have given Henry a home but he has given us so much more than we could imagined ( and we all watch television together now) Thank you.
