Mabel is is very friendly and loves a fuss. She is looking for a loving home now she has finished being a mum to 4 beautiful kittens.  This is her story……………….

A member of the public had been caring for Mabel since late last year.  She suspected she may be pregnant when she first called us and we arranged to have her seen by the vet who said she was due to give birth in around one week.  You can understand our surprise when we received a call a few hours later to say she had given birth to a kitten and was clearly in labor.  This was late in the afternoon and we had no choice but to get her to a vets during her labor as we did not want her at risk outside overnight.  She went on to have four beautiful multi colored kittens that will all have good homes to go to.  The lady who was caring for her would love to give her a home but we felt that it was not the right home as Mable would not be allowed inside and she is clearly not an outdoor cat.  She is such a lovely cat that she deserves to be in a home where she has the freedom to be both inside and outside.  She is clearly a lovely domestic cat and we have tried very hard to trace her owner to no avail.

23 May-She is being spayed and micro chipped tomorrow and will be started on her vaccinations together with her kittens will be 9 weeks old.  She has been treated for fleas and worms.
