Cats Protection and the RSPCA are launching an initiative in the Potteries to help owners improve the lives of their pets. For a limited time, owners living in the area ST1-14 will be able to have their cat neutered free of charge.

To qualify, owners will need to be on a low income or state benefit and be able to provide proof of this, as well as of their identity, when they attend the vet’s surgery. The offer began on November the 1st and lasts until funds for 2000 cats to be neutered have run out.
