What we do

When a cat comes into our care, we always have a health check done by our local vets straight away, to make sure they are fit and well, also checked to see if they have been micro-chipped so if possible in the case of a stray, we can trace the owner of the cat, if not chipped this is then done, as is neutering if not already spayed or castrated, all cats are vaccinated or given a booster if we have been given records by a previous owner. Also routine defleaing and worming.

The cat is cared for by a fosterer usually in a pen, some do get get the luxury of a foster home in a spare room.

We are desperatly short of fosterers, so perhaps if you have some spare time and space for a pen we would love to hear from you

We can also help with the cost of neutering if you are on a low income please call for more information
