When a home is offered to a cat or kitten, one of our volunteers will carry out a home visit.
This is an informal visit to meet you and for us to explain how Cats Protection works.

It is not to inspect your house or look under your bed!!!.

This simply lets us know what you are looking for and enables us to match a cat to your circumstances.

Please remember you will get a cat who will be vet checked, vaccinated, wormed, deflead and neutered if over 4 months old.This cost us approximately 120 pounds.

Since the beginning of October we now make a charge of 30 pounds per cat or kitten with the option to increase that if you wish by making a donation which helps us continue helping other cats in our care.

Please consider your ability to meet the ongoing expense that responsible animal care requires.
