Run by a passionate team of cat lovers, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of cats and kittens in Warrington, working to find loving new homes for local cats in our care, offering support with neutering, and lost and found cats, as well as general education and awareness within the Warrington area. Our adoption fee for adult cats is £85. Our adoption fee for kittens (8 weeks - 6 months) is £105.

Volunteer at Cats Protection Warrington Adoption Centre

Without volunteers, Cats Protection Warrington Centre simply wouldn't exist. Our amazing, friendly volunteers are a diverse group with a shared love of cats who fit volunteering around their home lives and personal commitments.

We're often looking to welcome new volunteers to join our brilliant team. As well as meeting great people and making an incredible difference to the cats of Warrington, you'll enjoy practical benefits such as discounted pet insurance.

Across the UK, many cats are cared for by volunteer fosterers who provide a stable, safe and loving environment in their homes or in purpose-built pens in their gardens. They provide vital hands-on care and accommodation to stray or abandoned cats or cats whose owners could sadly no longer keep them, and are part of a dedicated team of volunteers committed to finding new homes for cats in need. We're open 11am - 3pm every day, with the exception of Tuesdays. You’re welcome to drop into the centre any time between 11am-3pm to buy retail goodies, ask for advice or make a donation.
