Welcome to our virtual shelter! We hope that we have a cat or kitten in care for you!
All of our cats are defleaed, wormed, vaccinated, and if over 5 months, neutered and microchipped. If the cats have been a vulnerable or older stray they are also bloodchecked for the viruses FIV and FeLV.
For many of our cats, this is the second, third or even fourth chance of a good life and therefore there are things that we'll ask you to make sure that we find just the right cat for you, for example...
We'll look at the traffic flow around the property as unfortunately this is still the main killer of cats. This includes bus routes, cut throughs and school runs.
Are there any other pets or children in the home - there are some cats are better suited to adult homes and some that thrive in the busy homes of families and other pets
We also ask that if you're at work full time, you can provide shelter for the cat during the day - a catflap into the property is always the first choice, but warm sheds or garages can be fitted with catflaps also!
There are also some areas which we simply cannot re-home to due to a high population of stray cat, dogs or if we know of cruelty in the area.
