The Northern Ireland-wide scheme enables cats to be neutered for £5. This offer is open to owners who are receiving state benefits, are on a low income and who are students or pensioners and who live in Northern Ireland.
Either phone our neutering hotline on 03000 12 12 12 (lines open from 9.30am-1pm) or contact your nearest vet and ask whether they are participating in the £5 campaign. Almost all veterinary practices in Northern Ireland are currently working with us on this initiative. Please be aware that vets in border areas of the Republic of Ireland are not participating and owners must reside with Northern Ireland. The map below shows your nearest vet.
You can simply double click on the map to zoom in and then click on the red points to find the details of the surgeries who you then should contact directly – you do not need to call us at Cats Protection first.
*Information for veterinary practices – you will receive new vouchers for 2014's neutering campaign in late December 2013. Please contact us if you have not received the new vouchers by the middle of January 2014.
If you need further help please phone our neutering hotline 03000 12 12 12 (lines open from 9.30am-1pm)
