Cats Protection | Neutering | York £5 neutering campaign

If you live in postcodes YO10, YO19, YO23, YO24, YO26, YO30, YO31, YO32, YO41, YO60, YO61, YO7, YO8, DN14, LS23, LS24, LS25, LS26, WF8, WF10 and receive means tested benefits or are on low income, a student or a pensioner, You can get your pet cat neutered for £5 from 2nd October to 8th December.

This campaign can also be used for stray cats, where exhaustive efforts have been made to find an owner and they have been a stray for three months or more. Feral cats can also be neutered on the campaign.

Vouchers can be used in 23 veterinary practices in York, Easingwold, Thirsk, Pickering, Selby, Howden, Goole, Castleford, Pontefract.

Please be aware that you should not apply for a voucher unless your cat/kitten is four months of age or older and at least two kilos in weight. Please also ensure that you use the voucher as the branch has a limited budget for the campaign and we want to help as many cats as possible!

The campaign only covers the cost of the neutering operation and any extra costs will need to be covered by the owner unless agreed previously by the branch.
