CP provides help with neutering cats in situations where there are many cats in a household.
We take a non-judgemental approach, recognising that in these cases fast action is needed. To achieve success we are reliant on owners cooperating with us throughout the process.
We can sometimes take a third party referral, but can only act with the consent of an owner. We are not a law enforcing body nor do we have any legal powers, so can only act with an owner’s consent and collaboration.

Where the cats are subject to Improvement or Warning Notices from Local Councils, the police, RSPCA or SSPCA, we are still happy to help but you must keep the investigating officer from that organisation informed of what’s happening.
