Anniversary raffle for Mr Tibbs

Jemima Mantle is a Wolverhampton based artist who is raising money for Cats Protection in memory of her beautiful cat, Mr Tibbs. Jemima told us, "My boy Mr Tibbs was a truly gentle and happy soul. He passed in 2011 at the grand age of 16. I'd had him since I was 10, he was my best friend growing up and he moved out of my parents house with me.
