Fred's Fund: An Update

Having reached the £500.00 target we set for Fred’s Fund we wanted to share with you all, what the money you kindly raised was spent on. With your generous donations we were able to purchase enough Feline Forts for every cat pen in our centre, including our isolation unit and our fosterer cat pens. This is an absolutely amazing outcome, which the cats in our care will really benefit from. The Feline Fort, which was developed by Cats Protection, is the perfect way to offer cats a place to hide; a behavior which research suggests reduces stress.

We have kept Fred’s Fund active, as we know Fred would have wanted us to keep raising vital funds in his memory, for his fellow moggies in our care. At present, all funds raised will help towards the cost of the current cat flu outbreak, which we are hoping will pass very soon. All donations received via Fred’s Fund are very much appreciated and we are so amazed by the continued support you guys show us, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
