Staff from the Wrexham Adoption Centre and CP Head Vet Maggie Roberts met up with Simon Boazman and The One Show film crew to talk about the importance of neutering your cat, and to show them how we go about our trap, neuter and release program.

It is estimated there are up to two million stray or feral cats in the UK.  Part of the problem is the breeding rate of the cats.  One un-neutered female can produce eighteen kittens in one year!  The charity spent £5.6 million last year on neutering cats, and unless the rate of abandoned cat decrease, the rate of neutering cats increase, we could be left with more cats than we can handle.
