Families 'too scared' to adopt Bond villain look-a-like cat because of its evil stare

A rescue centre cat was struggling to find its forever home - because of her resemblance to Bond villain Blofeld's famous white cat.
Phoebe arrived at Cats Protection's Ferndown Homing Centre after her house burnt down earlier this year. But now the lucky cat has been adopted by new owners who say she's a softie at heart.
Tanya Knox, Senior Cat Care Assistant at Cats Protection's Ferndown Homing Centre, said: "Older cats aren't always the most popular choice. Because of their age, they take five times longer to home than kittens. Life in a pen is no substitute for a permanent home, so we would urge people to consider adopting an older cat."
