Fun at the fair to help local cats!

06 November 2019

Cats Protection’s Belfast Adoption Centre is hosting a Christmas Craft Fair & Open Day on Saturday 23rd November 2019. Running from 1pm to 4pm, it promises to be a fun-filled day for all the family.

As well as a variety of local craft stalls to appeal to all ages, visitors can enjoy delicious hot food from the BBQ, as well as home-made cakes, biscuits, chocolates and treats from the tea and coffee tent. There will also be live music, ‘ask the vets’ and meet the cats of course!

Belfast Adoption Centre Deputy Manager Rachael Gordon said: “The fair is a great opportunity to have some fun whilst supporting the charity, which finds new homes for the many unwanted and abandoned cats that come into its care. Entry is £2 per adult and children’s admission is free! Everyone is very welcome, so please come along and give us your support!”

Staff and volunteers from the centre will be suitably decked out in festive attire to help raise funds for the charity and will also be selling raffle tickets to win a range of fabulous prizes.

The Belfast Adoption Centre is currently caring for over 100 cats looking for loving homes locally.

To find out more about the fair or to offer a cat a home, please call the Belfast Adoption Centre on 028 9048 0202 or visit the events page on the website.
