Kittens rescued from house with 17 cats

From having just one unneutered cat, a man in Harrow found himself with a house full of 17 cats during the COVID-19 lockdown. In a short space of time he became overwhelmed with litters of kittens as his moggies began to breed, and soon realised he couldn’t cope.

Kittens born with extra toes and impressive moustaches

Two kittens born with a rare genetic condition causing them to have extra toes on their paws are being cared for at Cats Protection’s North London Adoption Centre. Eleven-week-old sisters Boots and Mittens have more than the usual 18 toes, thanks to the inherited condition known as polydactyl.
