"Time spent with a cat is never wasted" Sigmund Freud

Welcome to the Cats Protection - Central Aberdeen, this page has all the information you need about Adopting, Volunteering, Fundraising and Direct Rehoming.

Our branch is run by a small number of unpaid volunteers, who dedicate their spare time to the care and rehoming of unwanted cats and kittens. We do not have a cattery in Aberdeen, so most of our cats are cared for by fosterers who open their homes to foster cats. Most fosterers are often completely occupied, so cats in urgent need of care will always take priority.

This website will have the most up-to-date information on how you can help cats in our care. There are many ways in which you can help, here are some to consider:

Adoption:  All of the cats currently in our care and avaliable for adoption are placed on our site.  If you wish to meet any of our cat please call us on: 0345 647 0412

Volunteering:
We are in desparate need of volunteers and have positions avaliable for people of all skill levels. Please check out our volunteering page for more inforamtion.

Fundraising: Love coffee mornings? Long distance running? Long distance walking?  Contact us if you want to raise money for our branch.

Donations: As a branch we are completely self sufficent, so all dontations are warmly welcomed.
