Skydive for Cats Protection 2018

By pledging to do a sponsored parachute jump, you will raise vital funds for Cats Protection Colwyn Bay & District Branch and have the experience of a lifetime. We recommend allowing yourself a minimum of six to eight months to raise the required minimum sponsorship if choosing this option so please bear this in mind when selecting dates.

Once you have booked, you will be contacted by Rebecca from our Events team who will support you throughout your fundraising and skydiving experience. Registration fee and minimum sponsorship pledge applies and may vary between locations and dates.

Great Manchester Run 10K and Half Marathon - Sunday 20th May 2018

Take in the views of Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, the award-winning Imperial War Museum and The Lowry.

The event organisers have got a great ‘bands on the run’ programme for you this year, with 10 music zones, DJs, live bands and Inspiral Carpets’ legend Clint Boon’s Boon Army stage at the halfway point to lift you for the second leg. To secure a place please register directly with the event organisers then let us know you have done so by calling or sending us an email on the details below.

We will provide you with a dedicated runner's Facebook group to network with fellow cat-loving runners and a branded yellow Cats Protection vest to train and run in, plus ideas, resources and support to help you fundraise.

Zipworld Velocity 2018 – Saturday2nd June

Zip World Velocity, Bethesda, is the fastest zip line in the world and the longest in Europe. Take in the stunning views from the Big Top of Velocity, out towards Anglesey with views of the Isle of Man on a clear day. You will then descend down the Big Zipper over the quarry lake often reaching speeds well in excess of 100mph. We ask you to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £25 and pledge to raise a minimum of £120. We will provide you with full support and ideas to ensure you feel confident in raising the pledged sponsorship and give you a yellow branded bandana to wear while you zip through the air.

Age 10 years and upwards – under 17s MUST have a participating adult accompanying them.
