Name: Basil

Location: Forest of Dean

URGENT, going on DESPERATE! You will know that we do not usually use these superlatives as life in CP is usually busy but not like a TV soap!

We really are very anxious to find a home for this young male who is frantic to have access to the great outdoors. He is developing behavioural problems which need nipping in the bud before he becomes a troubled teenager with antisocial behaviour issues. Please help us find him a home where he can get outside and work off his frustrations. We’re very happy to discuss him with serious potential adopters.

Basil has not had the happiest start in life and, despite being a youngster, has had two homes already before coming to us. At just 18 months, he yearns for the freedom of the great outdoors so he can find adventure and work off some of his surplus energy.

Basil is not keen on other animals so would prefer to be an only cat
