Name: Ferals / Semi-Ferals

Location: Teignbridge & Torbay

We are dealing with many ferals who need rural homes where they can help keep rodents under control. They need outdoor shelter (barns, garages, shed etc) which can offer them a safe haven and humans who can keep an eye on them but understand their nature.

If you can offer them a place where they can happily work for their living, please contact Barbara on 03453712723 or email coordinator@teignbridge.cats.org.uk. They will be neutered before being relocated.

Cats Protection is always seeking farms and outdoor homes for "inbetweener" cats that prefer minimal human interaction. These cats thrive in outdoor environments with shelter and food. Cats Protection Regional Community Behaviourist Elin Williams explains that while they may not be lap cats, they can form bonds and enjoy outdoor freedom.
