Name: Mittens

Location: Berkshire Cat Centre

Mittens and Flash are a lovely pair of black-and-white cats looking for their new home. Flash, the older of the two at 8 years old, is mostly white with some black splotches. Mittens, his 4-year-old companion, has more black fur on her face.

They came into our care after a child in their previous home developed an allergy, and whilst the transition has been a lot for them, they are finding their feet and growing more confident with each passing day. In their former home, both Mittens and Flash were affectionate, confident lap cats who loved being around their owners.

They enjoy playing together, especially with toy mice and catnip toys, and Flash is a bit of an avid hunter with real mice too! They both love to curl up on their owner’s bed.

Mittens and Flash have lived happily with children before and were also living with a dog with no issues. With a little patience and reassurance, this pair will blossom into the loving, loyal companions they once were, and are just waiting to be again.
