Name: Cuddles

Location: Berkshire Cat Centre

Cuddles is a beautiful 13-year-old black-and-white lady with a loving nature. After being sadly abandoned by her owner, she has been in our care for quite some time (due to being a microchipped stray) whilst we called, emailed and posted letters to the details on her microchip to try and find out more about her situation. Despite this being a confusing time for her, throughout it all she has been an absolute joy. True to her name, Cuddles is a devoted lap cat who simply adores affection. She’s a constant purr machine, always ready to curl up beside you for a fuss. She is confident, friendly, and thrives on human companionship, happily soaking up every bit of attention she can get. When Cuddles first arrived, her fur was heavily matted around her hips, which we believe may have contributed to some reduced muscle in this area. Since being shaved and cared for, she has shown wonderful improvement. She’s now moving much more freely, even jumping up and down from tables as she regains her strength now that she’s able to move her hips. Cuddles loves being pampered and brushed, and will happily sit and enjoy the attention for as long as you’re willing to give it. While we don’t know much about her past, her gentle and affectionate nature suggests she could potentially live happily with children and even dogs. However, she does love being the centre of attention, so we feel she may be happiest as the only cat in the home. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal companion who will reward you with endless purrs and cuddles, this special girl could be the perfect match.
