Name: Simon Pure

Location: North Yorkshire Cat Centre

Simon Pure is a handsome 9½-year-old tabby gentleman who came into our care as a stray and, sadly, was never claimed. Despite this, he’s kept a wonderfully positive and affectionate outlook on life. He’s a lovely chap with a lively, curious nature and enjoys being right at the heart of things. Simon is often the first to pop out of his bed in the morning to greet everyone, and he’s always happy to spend time socialising with staff and volunteers. He really thrives on human company while still keeping a nice balance of independence. Simon Pure is used to having plenty of outdoor access, so he’ll need a home where he can safely explore outside. He would be best suited as the only pet in the household, where he can enjoy all the attention to himself. He may be well suited to a home with older children or teenagers who can respect his space. With his charming mix of sociable and independent traits, Simon Pure would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a friendly but easy-going feline friend.
