Name: Flapjack

Location: Dorset Cat Centre

Flapjack is an enthusiastic youngster, around 3months old, keen and eager to learn what life is all about. He loves to be centre of attention – enjoying lots of fuss, lots of playtime, or just keen to help you go about your tasks! Flapjack was born with a condition called flat kitten syndrome - likely a genetic condition where the chest bone and rib cartilage don't form properly, but in many cases (such as for Flapjack so far) the deformity will become less obvious as the kitten grows, and can become unnoticeable in some adult cats. It certainly hasn't held him back in his development, or enthusiasm, and now he's been neutered and microchipped, he is ready to start his new life. Flapjack is looking for a home with a lifestyle suited to a kitten of his young age. This could be a family environment but with slightly older children understanding of his condition. He is also looking for his home to have direct access to a good-sized garden in a quiet location away from busy roads for when Flapjack is old enough to go outside. Flapjack could potentially live with cat experienced cat but is quite enthusiastic so would need a cat very understanding of this so may be better suited to being an only pet.
